Shipping & Returns

Items purchased at MyBadgerGear.com may be returned in original unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment. 

Instructions

  1. Return shipping is always free- we want you to be satisfied and happy with our products!
  2. Request a free return shipping label from customer service at info@mybadgergear.com.
  3. Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container with the provided return shipping label attached. 
  4. Arrange for a package pickup or drop your return package at a nearby mail center.
  5. Contact Customer Service if you need additional assistance at info@mybadgergear.com  

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item via the above method. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.

Please place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order; you may place it at any time.

Processing

Refunds and Replacement Orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days once they arrive at our Returns Center.
